For OEM and project orders
Send motor power or design torque, rpm, both shaft diameters, keyways and the driven machine. If the duty is seasonal, cyclic or exposed to heat, oil or dust, mention that. Where a tender or customer drawing controls the bore and keyway, attach it so the manufacturing scope can be checked directly.
For mixed-model purchasing
List quantities by NM size and indicate whether bores are pilot, finished or model-specific. Multiple models can be combined toward the stated USD1,500 commercial threshold, subject to the individual process MOQ where special materials or machining are involved.
