Good quoting starts with a complete interface description. We prefer a short set of correct inputs over a long enquiry filled with assumptions.

Confirm NM model or capture torque/power, speed and both shafts when the model is unknown.
Review
Check published model limits, installation envelope and application duty.

Resolve bore, keyway, elastomer, hub material and quantity questions before production.

Return the confirmed commercial and technical scope rather than filling gaps by guesswork.
What we do not assume
We do not convert a competitor’s maximum torque into an EVER POWER rating, copy a material grade from a visually similar coupling, or treat elastomer color as material proof. Where the public range stops, the question moves into the quotation.
