Define acceptance before production
A useful order does not ask for “standard quality” without defining what matters. It identifies the model, finished bore pair, keyways, hub material, ring requirement, coating, quantity and the documents that must accompany the shipment. Critical dimensions and inspection methods should be agreed before work begins.
The supplied catalogue is the baseline for geometry and nominal rating. It does not publish every manufacturing detail. When a project requires material certificates, dimensional records, balancing, marking photographs or a special packing method, list them in the RFQ so availability and cost can be confirmed.
