Application pages answer a different question from product pages: not “what is NM128?” but “what should I check before putting an NM coupling between these two machines?” The model table is still the technical boundary; application context helps you decide what duty information belongs in the RFQ.
Do not size from the machine name alone.
Two pumps with the same motor power can have very different start frequency, shaft diameters and process conditions. The product rating and the application duty need to agree.
